Job Summary The Pre-School Centre Manager is responsible for the overall administration, academics, admissions, staff management, parent relations, and smooth day-to-day operations of the pre-school centre. The role ensures high standards of education, safety, and customer satisfaction while achieving enrolment and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Academic & Child Development Ensure effective implementation of the pre-school curriculum and daily lesson plans Monitor classroom activities and teaching quality Support teachers in child development practices and classroom management Ensure compliance with early childhood education standards Centre Operations Manage day-to-day centre operations smoothly Ensure safety, hygiene, and security standards are followed Maintain centre infrastructure, inventory, and learning resources Coordinate with vendors and service providers Admissions & Business Development Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets Handle parent enquiries, centre walkthroughs, and counselling Plan and execute marketing activities, events, and promotions Maintain admission records and reports Staff Management Recruit, train, guide, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing Foster a positive and collaborative work culture Parent Relationship Management Build strong relationships with parents Address parent concerns and feedback effectively Conduct parent meetings, orientations, and events Administration & Reporting Prepare MIS reports on admissions, attendance, and operations Ensure compliance with school policies and legal requirements Coordinate with Head Office / Management Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Post-Graduate (Education, Management, or related field preferred) Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of pre-school operations and early years curriculum Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools Key Competencies Leadership & team management Strong organizational and planning skills Customer-centric approach Problem-solving and decision-making ability Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Experience: • centre administrator: 3 years (Preferred) Location: • Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
