Social Media Handles: We have one of the fastest growing and highest impact self-improvement channels with a following of 100k subs, and Instagram following of 33.9k. ️ You Tube Channel (700k+ subs) → Instagram (300k+ followers) → The Role: In-House Photographer In this role, you’ll be using your photography skills to capture powerful, confident, and aesthetic images of our clients. You’ll be responsible for clicking high-quality fashion-style and candid shots, editing them professionally, and helping elevate IML’s overall visual presence. You will work directly with our Founder & CEO, Kshitij Sehrawat, and clients undergoing transformation journeys. Location: The position is in our New Delhi office (Saket), and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR. Pay: This is a salaried role and pay will depend on your skills & work experience. That being said, if we find the right fit we’ll be offering competitive salaries. What Kind of Qualifications Do You Need? You have at least 1–3 years of professional photography experience , preferably in fashion photography. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred). Strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom . Proven ability to take high-quality fashion-style and candid lifestyle shots . Ability to guide clients during shoots (posture, expressions, presentation). Basic fashion consulting skills (outfit suggestions, styling alignment, grooming awareness). A strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic, high-quality work. Additional brownie points if you’ve worked with influencers, personal brands, or content creators. A proven track record of delivering quality work on time. This Role is for You If.. You have a strong eye for fashion, styling, and personal branding aesthetics. You are aligned with personal development and embody growth, confidence, and discipline. Some of the Specific Role Functions: Clicking powerful fashion-style portraits. Capturing natural candid shots during coaching sessions and events. Providing basic fashion consulting during shoots. Guiding clients on posture, body language, and presentation. Editing and color grading images for a premium aesthetic finish. Managing and organizing digital photography assets. Maintaining photography equipment and lighting setups.
