Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance and Data Integrity Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The role involves ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulatory standards, leading efforts to improve business processes, monitoring quality assurance processes, and managing data governance. The manager will conduct regular audits, oversee data storage and security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance in all operations. Qualifications • Proficiency in Data Integrity and Data Management practices • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Process Improvement • Experience in Quality Assurance and implementing quality management systems • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical and analytical industries • Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline • Prior experience in a compliance or data integrity-focused role is highly desirable
