Functional Consultant – Infor Supply Chain Planning (SCP)

We Are Hiring: Functional Consultant – Infor Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Location: India (Remote) Travel: International travel as required ISB Optimus is expanding its Supply Chain capability and is looking for a highly experienced Functional Consultant specialising in Infor Supply Chain Planning (SCP). This role is focused on delivering high-impact planning transformations within Manufacturing and Distribution environments. We are particularly seeking candidates with strong Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) implementation experience. If you have successfully led S&OP programmes and configured Infor SCP to drive measurable supply chain performance improvement, we would like to hear from you. About the Role You will lead and support the implementation of Infor SCP solutions, helping clients improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, service levels, and executive decision-making. Your work will include: Leading Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimisation, and S&OP implementations Designing structured S&OP governance frameworks (Demand Review, Supply Review, Executive S&OP) Facilitating cross-functional planning workshops Translating business requirements into scalable system configurations Supporting integration with ERP platforms such as Infor LN and Infor M3 Defining planning hierarchies, parameters, KPIs, and scenario models Supporting UAT, training, and go-live readiness Engaging with Supply Chain Directors, Operations Executives, and CFOs What We Are Looking For 5–10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning implementations Proven experience implementing Infor Supply Chain Planning Demonstrable delivery of at least two full S&OP programmes Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies (statistical and collaborative) Experience in Manufacturing and Distribution environments Solid grasp of capacity planning, constraint management, and inventory optimisation Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel when required Why Join ISB Optimus?
