We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Key Responsibilities Content Creation • Develop engaging and high-quality content for social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials • Create compelling copies for ads, captions, and promotional campaigns • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms Social Media Management • Manage and grow social media platforms (organic & paid) • Plan monthly content calendars • Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and build online community presence Paid Advertising • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) • Manage ad budgets and improve ROI through performance tracking • A/B testing of creatives and ad copies SEO & Traffic Management • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis • Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console • Improve website ranking and organic reach Digital Marketing Strategy • Drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Content Creation • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools • Excellent writing and communication skills • Creative mindset with analytical thinking ability • Immediate joiners preferred Preferred Skills • Basic knowledge of graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) • Experience in lead generation campaigns • Strong project management and multitasking skills
