Job Title: Sourcing Recruiter Morning Shift (India) | Non-Calling Role Location: Remote Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sourcing Recruiter to work in the Indian shift. The role involves reviewing job requirements, sourcing relevant resumes from job portals, screening profiles based on technical fit, and tagging shortlisted candidates in CEIPAL. No calling or candidate interaction is required. Key Responsibilities: • Review and understand US IT job requirements • Source resumes from job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) • Screen resumes for technical relevance • Shortlist and tag qualified profiles in CEIPAL • Maintain proper notes and candidate status in ATS • Work on daily submission targets Required Skills: • Basic understanding of US IT roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data, etc.) • Good resume screening ability • Familiarity with CEIPAL or any ATS • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Basic Boolean search knowledge Shift: • Morning Shift (India) Thanks and Regards Divya Kumari
