Job Description US RECRUITER - IT | NON - IT | HEALTHCARE | PHARMA(100% Work from Office) We have an Excellent Job Opportunity for the Position of US Recruiter - IT | Non IT Healthcare | Pharma with our Organization Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for our Direct clients in USA. • Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various Job Portals and Networking websites. • Must have experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS). • Must Possess strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Listening Skills. • Manage the Full-cycle Contract recruitment process from job posting to resume searching, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, and building and Internal Database • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Desired Skills • NO FRESHERS* • Need to have an Experience of 3-5 years* • Should have prior experience working on positions related to clinical research & scientific talent for leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies • Prior experience working with clients like Pfizer, BMS, shire, Lonza, Integra, Agilent, GSK, Agilent, Gilead (Immunomedics), and Purdue Pharma. • Duties include sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, offer negotiations, and closing • Leveraged a wide range of sourcing / recruiting techniques with Special knowledge in LinkedIn Recruit • Should have hands-on experience working with any of the ATS systems ( Preferred Ceipal ) • Well-versed in internet-based recruiting tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal database, as well as cold calling, database searching, and networking to recruit new candidates • Efficaciously sourced, recruited, screened, and qualified exceptional candidates ranging from lower-level to higher-level positions which include research interns/ Lab technicians / Research associate/ Bench Scientist / Scientist /Staff scientist/Consultant /Manager/ Directors ranging from Lower to higher positions QUALIFICATION:- Any Graduate or Post Graduate in any Specialization Interested Candidates Can send their CV's @ sandhya.k@ittblazers.com
