Role Overview: As the Manager of Human Resources at iTCart, you will serve as a strategic business partner and HR governance leader, focusing on building, scaling, and overseeing the entire people function. Your role requires a strong understanding of HR strategy, statutory compliance, performance culture, and workforce scalability in alignment with the organization's global AI-driven growth roadmap. This is a leadership position that emphasizes strategic HR leadership rather than transactional HR tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop scalable HR frameworks for organization design, role clarity, performance governance, and leadership enablement. - Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and outcome-driven performance. - Lead recruitment strategies across various sectors such as technology, AI, BFSI, healthcare, cybersecurity, and corporate roles. - Establish rigorous hiring processes including JD standardization, interview frameworks, compensation alignment, and offer controls. - Own the performance management framework including KRAs, goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals. - Ensure performance outcomes are objective, data-driven, and linked to rewards and growth. - Design and implement learning, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives. - Manage end-to-end payroll governance with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance. - Oversee PF & ESI registrations, monthly returns, challans, and reconciliations. - Handle inspections, audits, notices, and statutory reporting to maintain compliance and zero-risk posture. - Cultivate a high-trust, high-performance culture in line with iTCart's values. - Address employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with maturity and confidentiality. - Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws, including Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, and other relevant regulations. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in strategic HR leadership roles with a focus on building scalable HR frameworks. - Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements, particularly related to PF & ESI. - Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues effectively. - In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations. - Prior experience in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
