100% Remote- India Job Title - Alert Data & Platform Optimization Analyst Role Summary Responsible for analyzing alert data, optimizing event signal quality, and supporting platform configuration validation during the migration and post-implementation phases. Key Responsibilities • Analyze alert data to identify duplicate alerts, alert storms, and routing inefficiencies • Optimize alert configuration to reduce noise and improve operational signal quality • Validate service ownership, escalation policies, and alert routing accuracy • Support configuration verification during migration waves • Maintain dashboards and reports tracking alert KPIs and operational metrics • Partner with engineering teams to refine alert thresholds, rulesets, and event correlation logic • Identify opportunities to improve incident response workflows • Support user onboarding and adoption through documentation and training materials • Maintain platform configuration documentation and operational standards Required Skills • Experience working with alerting or monitoring platforms • Strong data analysis and reporting skills • Familiarity with incident management and event management frameworks • Experience with Excel, SQL, or Client data analysis • Ability to translate operational data into alert optimization improvements Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline E-Verify: United States Employment Opportunities Only E-Verify is an internet-based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration and allows employers to confirm an individual s employment eligibility to work in the United States.
