The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow business partnerships. They will handle account coordination, resolve client inquiries, and work closely with other teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and projects. Regular reporting and monitoring of account performance are also critical components of the role. Qualifications • Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and customer service • Proficiency in account coordination, strategic planning, and task prioritization • Experience with data analysis, budgeting, and reporting • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients to achieve common goals • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Prior experience in account management or a customer-facing role is preferred • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
