Python + PHP Fullstack Developer

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (No Relocation) Experience: 6+ years Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days Only. Note from Hiring Manager: • Python Strong - 60% & 40% PHP • JavaScript HTML CSS are normal • SQL or database should be strong • Coding exp in mandatory in this Must Have Skills : RESTful API, Python Frameworks & Libraries, Database MYSQL, PHP Secondary Skills : CSS, Basic React JS Job Description: What will your role look like • Lead the development and scaling of backend services using PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and Python (FastAPI/Django). • Maintain, enhance, and modernize legacy PHP applications, including WordPress-based and standalone systems. • Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React and modern CSS. • Design, implement, and document secure RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. • Manage and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases with a strong focus on performance and scalability. • Support cloud-native deployments using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Troubleshoot complex production issues across legacy and modern stacks. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and best practices. We would like you to bring along • 6+ years of professional experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications. • Strong hands-on expertise in PHP and Python backend development. • Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. • Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. • Solid frontend experience with JavaScript (ES6+), React, and CSS. • Strong database skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization. • Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs. • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and code review skills. Good-to-have skills • Experience working with WordPress-based or other legacy PHP systems. • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Prior experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams.
