Junior System Administrator

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator located in Greater Hyderabad Area. The System Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to System Administration, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Network Administration, and Information Technology. Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance: Assist in routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and firmware upgrades. Learn to monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, helping them with hardware and software issues. Work closely with senior administrators to set up and manage user accounts and access control. Network Assistance: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Learn to troubleshoot network connectivity problems under supervision. Documentation. Assist in maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies. Learn to create and update user guides and system manuals. Security Awareness: Gain knowledge of security measures and assist in implementing them to protect systems and data. Learn about backup procedures and participate in backup tasks. Professional Development: Actively engage in learning and development opportunities to build technical skills. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in system administration. Qualification & Skills: • Strong understanding and minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in System Administration, Network Administration, and Information Technology. • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and technical support in an enterprise environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus • Experience in maintaining and upgrading software and hardware systems. • Knowledge of servers, database management, and security protocols • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA A+ • Familiar with ERP eg: SAP ERP technologies, CRM eg: Salesforce • Good Understanding and training knowledge of Cloud Technology AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
