Job Description: • Own and manage a portfolio of top brands in the Restaurant Industry worldwide. • Work with the top brands to understand their needs and help them with the rollout schedule of our solution across their hundreds of locations. • Coordinate with partners such as POS companies and third-party platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash. • Set and track account delivery volume and performance. • Engage with your portfolio to understand opportunities for operational improvement. Relay those opportunities to your leads to help build better features and products. • Act as the customer’s point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving high-level escalations, and providing solutions promptly. • Someone who can take full, end-to-end ownership and responsibility of the accounts they are working on and ensure their requirements are met. Requirements: • 3-5 + years of experience in Project Management and handling large partnerships. • Experience in handling US customers will be an added advantage. • Sharp candidate with technical skills and ability to multi-task. • Strong Attention to detail, organized and analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce, etc. • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude. • Someone who thrives in a very fast-paced, quickly evolving environment. • Ready to work in India on the night shift with rotational off (5 days working).
