Salesforce CPQ & Billing Specialist – Data Migration & Integrations

iVoyant Website: ivoyant.com Job details: Role Overview: One of our clients is looking for a Salesforce CPQ & Billing Data Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and execute complex data migration initiatives within the moving & storage domain. The local moving/storage (MVP) data migration has already been completed. This role will focus on: • Monitoring weekly data migration runs. • Reviewing failures and overseeing fixes to 18PR DBA / ETL scripts. • Leading the end-to-end data migration for the Long Distance Moving (LDM) line of business into Salesforce CPQ & Billing. Key Responsibilities: • Lead data migration strategy from data mapping through migration planning and execution. • Review and revise Consultant Data Migration Plans and Client documentation to finalize scope assumptions, deliverables, and tools. • Provide recommendations on data migration best practices. • Lead data migration design and discovery sessions. • Develop, QA, and maintain destination data migration scripts (PDI / Kettle). • Monitor migration runs, troubleshoot failures, and document adjustments. • Maintain and update migration status reports. • Assist client teams with: Source system data migration activities, Data migration execution and validation, Data migration testing. • Collaborate with Business Analysts and source system teams to maintain migration deliverables. • Lead Billing data migration, including invoice and downstream billing data. • Create and execute the LDM data migration mapping plan, supporting production go-live. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ & Billing data migration. • Proven expertise in ETL tools (PDI / Kettle preferred). • Experience leading large-scale enterprise data migrations. • Solid background in billing and invoice data migration. • Ability to work independently and lead migration efforts end to end. • Experience with 18PR or PODS-like systems is a strong plus.
