The Opportunity: Jaaga.ai possesses a massive defensible moat in Indian PropTech: decades of proprietary historical data combined with a highly reliable offline fulfillment network. We are currently executing an aggressive roadmap to scale our platform to mass-market adoption, and a critical pillar of this transformation will be driven by Artificial Intelligence. We are hiring a high-potential Product Analyst / APM to work directly within the CEO's Office. In this role, you will receive direct strategic guidance from the CEO and serve as the execution engine for our product roadmap. Your mandate is to audit our current application, benchmark market leaders, and translate high-level growth strategy into flawless wireframes, AI-integrated workflows, and developer-ready tickets. Core Responsibilities: 1. The Teardown & Audit Engine • Execute rigorous, component-by-component teardowns of leading market alternatives.Map their user journeys, identify their UX/UI weaknesses, and document how we build a superior experience. • Constantly audit the Jaaga.ai application to hunt down friction points, broken loops, and UX dead-ends. 2. AI Integration & Data Productization • Scope and design AI-driven features that weaponize our historical data moat. • Write precise product requirements for implementing intelligent search, automated legal document analysis, and predictive property insights, ensuring AI solves actual user friction rather than acting as a gimmick 3. Funnel & Conversion Optimization • Dive deep into our existing user funnel. • Design product interventions that systematically remove friction from the B2C onboarding and order placement flows, presenting these solutions directly to the CEO. 4. Flawless Execution & Documentation • Translate our multi-phase scale strategy into rigorous, developer-ready Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Create high-fidelity wireframes and user flow diagrams to clearly communicate the product vision to the engineering and design teams. • Run day-to-day sprint planning, ensuring developers are shipping exactly what was designed to specification. Who You Are: • High-Trajectory: You have 1 to 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or growth roles within consumer apps or marketplaces. You are hungry to take on more ownership and build for hyper-scale. • AI-Fluent: You do not need to be an ML engineer, but you deeply understand the practical application of AI in consumer tech. You know how to leverage LLMs, APIs, and automation to create an unfair product advantage. • Product Obsessive: You possess strong, natural product sense. You notice when a UI element is slightly off and fundamentally understand how design impacts user conversion and retention. • Proactive & Execution-Oriented: You take strategic direction exceptionally well, but you bring solutions, wireframes, and data to the table, not just questions. • Master of Tools: You are highly proficient in wireframing (Figma/Balsamiq), flow mapping (Whimsical/Miro), and product management software (JIRA/Linear/Notion). The Interview Process (Fast & Transparent): We respect your time and do not believe in 7-round interview loops. We evaluate based on your actual product sense and execution speed. • Step 1: The Take-Home Teardown (48 Hours). A short, asynchronous assignment asking you to tear down a specific user flow in a real-world app. We want to see how you think, not how well you memorize interview answers. • Step 2: The CEO Deep Dive (45 Mins). A 1-on-1 interview with the CEO. You will defend your teardown, discuss product architecture, and walk through how you would optimize a funnel. • Step 3: Founder Sync & Offer (30 Mins).
