Your impact The Production Coordinator, Brand is an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused professional supporting our global photography and videography operations. Reporting to the Director of Photography, this role will collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and our network of over 1,200 photographers to plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots around the world, managing all aspects of permitting and logistics, rights management and asset capture, processing and curation in our Global Media Library. Note This position is not expected to be behind the camera This is an “at the keyboard” role providing planning, strategy and logistics support for photographers in the field. Key Responsibilities • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to strategize, assign and schedule global photo and video shoots aligned with project goals and timelines. • Manage logistics for shoots, including permitting, equipment coordination, crew scheduling, and location planning. • Manage assets in our Global Media Library including tagging, usage permissions, descriptions, etc. • Understand and apply photography and videography principles—such as lighting conditions, golden hour timing, and scene setup—to ensure high-quality results. • Understanding of copyright, privacy and property ownership issues • Serve as a primary point of contact for photographers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. • Coordinate with procurement and contracting teams to process invoices and ensure timely payments. • Document release forms, permits, and licensing details and track project progress, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and organization. • Support continuous improvement of production workflows and vendor management processes. Here's what you'll need • 2–6 years of experience in production coordination, project management, or visual media operations. • Solid understanding of photography, videography, and shoot logistics. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working with creative professionals and global teams preferred.
