- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing data-driven insights on market trends and recruitment strategies
- Influencing and guiding hiring managers on recruitment best practices and effective decision-making
- Maintaining high visibility through regular updates, dashboards, and comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders
- Ensuring a high-touch candidate experience tailored for senior-level professionals
- Representing Jade Global's brand with clarity, consistency, and professional excellence
- Collaborating with HR and communications teams to enhance the leadership hiring brand in the competitive IT market
Moreover, you will be expected to:
- Utilize analytics to improve quality of hire, time-to-hire, and diversity outcomes
- Ensure strict adherence to internal documentation, compliance standards, and global processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and introduce best-in-class methodologies
Qualifications & Key Skills:
- 68 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in Executive Search or Leadership Hiring within the IT Services/Consulting industry
- Deep understanding of the India talent markets and the High-tech domains
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized headhunting techniques
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for interacting with C-suite executives
- MBA in HR or a related field is preferred
