Brand: Jaey Experience: 0-1 year Jaey is India’s first size-inclusive power-dressing brand - think Raymond, but for women . We sell through our own website and marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and Zilo . As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Merchandiser to support daily ecommerce operations, production coordination, and inventory control . This is a core execution role for someone who wants to learn how a fashion brand actually runs, end to end. You’re comfortable working with urgent timelines, last-minute changes, and fast turnarounds Daily Ecommerce Operations (D2C) Day-to-day order processing across Jaey’s website and marketplaces Ensuring smooth flow from inventory → dispatch → customer &##Inventory & Stock Control Updating daily inventory trackers (style-wise, size-wise) Monitoring stock availability to avoid overselling or stock-outs Flagging replenishment needs in advance &##Coordinating sample movement, alterations, and basic quality checks Ensuring production output aligns with ecommerce demand &##Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Operations , or a related field Highly detail-oriented with basic Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking inventory, orders, catalogs, and production timelines Structure & Compensation: You will be hired as an intern for the first 3 months, and upon satisfactory performance, you'll be promoted to a full-time employee on completion of your internship.
