Role Overview We are now looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Executive – Branding & Advertising who can help us grow our client base while also managing communication with existing clients. We are looking for someone energetic and curious who wants to learn the real craft of branding while helping businesses grow. If you enjoy meeting entrepreneurs, understanding businesses, understanding marketing needs, and coordinating creative work between clients and the agency team, this role can be an exciting step in your career. You will work closely with the founder and be an important part of Jagroots’ growth journey. The Opportunity As an Account Executive – Branding & Advertising, you will play a key role in both: • Bringing new businesses to Jagroots • Managing relationships with existing & new clients You will work closely with the founder and gain exposure to real brand strategy, advertising campaigns, creative processes, and client interactions. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into a future Account Manager, Brand Consultant, or Business Development Leader in the marketing and advertising industry. What You Will Do 1. Business Development • Identify potential clients such as startups, restaurants, clinics, retail brands, and growing businesses in Pune • Connect with founders and decision-makers through LinkedIn, Instagram, calls, networking, and outreach • Schedule meetings and introductory conversations • Present Jagroots’ services and capabilities • Follow up with prospects and support in closing new projects 2. Client Servicing & Relationship Management • Act as a bridge between Jagroots and clients • Coordinate with clients for project requirements, assets, and approvals • Request photos, videos, and brand details from clients • Share designs, campaigns, and communication drafts for approval • Collect feedback and coordinate revisions with the creative team • Ensure smooth communication and project delivery 3. Campaign & Project Coordination • Coordinate photoshoots and on-site content creation when required • Assist in presenting brand strategies and campaign ideas designed by the founder • Track progress of branding, advertising, and digital/offline projects • Ensure clients stay informed about timelines and deliverables What We Are Looking For • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence in interacting with entrepreneurs and business owners • Organized and proactive personality • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups • Interest in branding, advertising, marketing, and creative work Preferred Qualifications • 1–4 years experience/exposure in marketing, agency environment, media sales, or client servicing • Exposure to branding agencies, digital agencies, or marketing roles is a plus • Familiarity with LinkedIn/Instagram outreach and and professional communication • Based in Pune & willing to work within the advertising ecosystem Compensation • Salary: ₹8,000+ per month (based on experience & performance) • Opportunity to grow with a fast-evolving branding and advertising agency Why Join Jagroots • Work directly with a founder with 15+ years of branding & advertising experience and learn real brand strategy and advertising thinking • Learn how real brands and campaigns are built from strategy to execution • Exposure to branding, advertising, design, digital marketing, creative thinking and advertising projects • Opportunity to interact with diverse businesses and entrepreneurs • Be part of the growth journey of an ambitious creative agency How to Apply Send your resume along with a short note about why this role interests you.
