Job Description:The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and payroll and execute training, skill development, and performance appraisals.Build a healthy, positive, and productive work workplace.Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and labor with department heads to identify hiring and training needs.
