As a Technical Lead MERN Stack, you will play a crucial role in owning the complete development lifecycle, leading developers and interns, and building scalable products from scratch. Your strong system design and architecture, full stack development, and cloud deployment experience will be key to the success of the projects you lead. Here's what will be expected of you: Key Responsibilities: - Lead system design and architecture, ensuring the development of scalable, robust, and high-performance systems that align with long-term product goals. - Act as the technical owner of projects, making critical architecture and technology decisions. - Apply your solid Full Stack development expertise to actively contribute to development while guiding the team. - Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, including knowledge of edge servers and scalable deployment strategies. - Handle end-to-end deployment processes, including version control and collaboration using Git and GitHub. - Conduct code reviews, system design discussions, and technical planning to maintain high engineering standards. - Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance optimization across applications. - Lead and mentor developers and interns, promoting the adoption of best coding practices and efficient development workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality products. Frontend: - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. Backend: - Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Design and implement RESTful APIs. - Manage and optimize databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade systems for optimal performance. Required Skills: - 3+ years of Full Stack Development experience. - Strong expertise in MERN Stack. - Experience in system design and scalable architecture. - Proven experience leading developers or mentoring engineers. - Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and system design. - Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. - Good exposure to AWS, Cloud platforms, CDN, and Edge servers.
