As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Role Overview:
You will be required to have experience in core performance marketing, specifically with hands-on ownership of Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Your role will involve independently managing monthly media budgets ranging from 15L to 30L. It is important to note that candidates currently working at very small or relatively unknown agencies, or those with experience limited to Tier 2/3 city companies with minimal exposure to scaled campaigns, may not be suitable for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted digital strategies to generate high-quality leads for the Online PGDM program. You will be responsible for optimizing lead funnels and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. It will be your responsibility to analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and continuously optimize for better outcomes.
- Content Marketing & SEO: You will oversee the content strategy for websites, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine rankings. Collaboration with creative teams will be necessary to ensure SEO-driven, engaging content.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow official social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Your tasks will include creating engaging content calendars, driving organic engagement, conducting competitor analysis, and monitoring trends.
Qualification Required:
- Experience in core performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads campaigns
