Job summary
We are hiring energetic and ambitious MBA (Marketing / Sales) Freshers who want to build a
serious career in technical sales.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sell Split ACs, VRF systems, AHUs, Chillers & turnkey HVAC solutions
• Meet builders, developers, hospitals, IT parks, factories & consultants
• Generate leads through site visits and networking
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
• Negotiate and close sales orders
• Coordinate with technical and project teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility:
• MBA (Sales & Marketing) – Freshers can apply
• Technical/Engineering background preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong interest in field sales & business development
• Confident, target-driven personality
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Willing to travel locally
• Local language proficiency required
What We Offer:
• Fixed Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3 LPA
• Attractive incentive structure (Unlimited earning potential)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
