About the internship:
Jarurat Care Foundation is one of India's largest cancer care communities working in advocacy, patient support, caregiver mentorship, and awareness for rare cancers. We build digital systems and structured internal processes to strengthen our impact and scale our mission nationally. We are looking for a fresher project manager intern who is eager to learn, organized, and interested in managing development projects in a structured NGO environment. This internship provides real-time exposure to project coordination, agile workflow, team management and development lifecycle processes
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in coordinating the development team
2. Breaking projects into smaller, trackable technical tasks
3. Assigning and tracking tasks using tools like Notion or Jira
4. Supporting daily stand-ups and documenting updates
5. Following up on deadlines and deliverables
6. Identifying blockers and escalating them when needed
7. Coordinating between development, QA, and internal teams
8. Preparing weekly progress reports
9. Ensuring timely and structured execution of projects

Other Requirements:
1. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills.
3. Interest in working with NGOs and contributing to cancer awareness initiatives.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
5. Experience managing creative or technical teams (preferred but not mandatory).
