Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Kotdwara. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical assistance, managing patient care, training staff on healthcare protocols, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. The role involves effectively communicating with team members and contributing to the development and implementation of healthcare policies within the organization. Qualifications • Knowledge and training in Medicine and healthcare practices • Expertise in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) skills and procedures • Proficiency in Communication skills to ensure effective interaction and collaboration • Experience in Training personnel on healthcare-related processes • Compassionate and detail-oriented, with the ability to make quick and sound decisions • Relevant certifications/licensure in healthcare or EMT (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Medicine, Nursing, or related field
