Role Overview We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented professional to manage Investor Relations and Financial Analyst Outreach. This role goes beyond handling financial data — it involves active communication with investors and analysts, managing earnings communications, and ensuring consistent, transparent market engagement. The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling financial narratives, coordinating earnings calls, preparing decks, and responding to investor queries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities1. Earnings & Financial Communication • Coordinate and manage Quarterly (Q3/Q4) earnings concalls with financial analysts • Prepare earnings communication material in collaboration with finance and leadership teams • Draft and circulate annual and quarterly results announcements • Ensure timely dissemination of investor updates 2. Investor & Analyst Outreach • Build and maintain relationships with: • Institutional investors • Financial analysts • Research houses • Conduct proactive outreach before and after results announcements • Manage follow-ups post concalls 3. Presentation & Reporting • Create and update: • Investor decks • Earnings presentations • Management commentary notes • Performance highlight summaries • Ensure all presentations are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with financial disclosures 4. Investor Query Management • Handle investor and analyst queries with clarity and professionalism • Coordinate internally with finance/legal for validated responses • Maintain a log of investor interactions and FAQs 5. Continuous Communication • Provide consistent updates to investors on: • Business performance • Strategic developments • Market positioning • Monitor analyst reports and market perception Required Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Ability to interpret financial data and convert it into a clear narrative • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience coordinating earnings calls / analyst meetings preferred • High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness • Strong deck-making and presentation skills Ideal Candidate Profile • 2 -3 years experience in: • Investor Relations • Equity Research • Financial Communications • Corporate Finance • Prior exposure to: • Quarterly earnings communication • Annual results announcements • Analyst concalls Industries - Defense and Healthcare
