HR Recruiter-Night shift

Job description: We are looking for graduates who are interested in starting their career in the HR field. This role is ideal for freshers who are willing to work in the night shift and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates • Maintaining candidate data and HR records • Assisting in end-to-end recruitment process • Supporting HR team with daily operations Eligibility Criteria: • Any graduate (Freshers preferred) • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources • Willingness to work in night shift • Good communication skills • Basic computer knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
