Machine Operator – Roofing Sheet Manufacturing Location: [Karur, Tamilnadu] Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Roofing Sheet / Profile Sheet Manufacturing Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to handle Roofing Sheet Manufacturing Machines and Roofing Sheet Crimping Machines in our production unit. The candidate will ensure smooth operation, quality production, and adherence to safety standards. Freshers are welcome – training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Operate Roofing Sheet Roll Forming / Manufacturing Machine • Operate Roofing Sheet Crimping Machine • Load metal coils/raw materials into machine • Monitor sheet forming, cutting, and crimping process • Ensure correct size, thickness, and profile as per order • Perform basic machine settings and adjustments • Check finished sheets for quality and accuracy • Maintain machine cleanliness and safety standards • Report any breakdown or maintenance issue to supervisor Required Skills: • Basic knowledge of production machine operations • Understanding of sheet metal handling (preferred) • Basic measuring knowledge • Willingness to learn and work Qualification: • ITI / Diploma (Mechanical preferred) & Any Degree • 12th Pass with technical background can apply • Freshers & experienced both can apply Salary & Benefits: • ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience) • Overtime Pay Available • PF & ESI • Training Provided • Long-term Job Stability • Provided Insurance for employees Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Health insurance • Internet reimbursement • Life insurance Ability to commute/relocate: • Karur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
