Website https://www.tekbud.in Industry: Education & School/Office Supplies Company size: 2-10 employees Headquarters: Bengaluru, Karnataka Founded: 2018 Job Responsibilities: · Manage orders scheduling from various eCommerce Platforms (like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart) on daily basis · Ensure correct product information, pricing, images, and offers across all platforms. · Drive claims settlement process with different marketplaces and maximize clawbacks. · Monitor daily orders, returns, stock levels, and inventory updates. · Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely fulfillment. · Handle platform-related issues and ensure smooth marketplace operations. · Prepare basic sales and orders reports to support Accounts & Account Management Teams Skills Required: · Experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations preferred. · Knowledge of orders processing on marketplace panels. · Basic Excel/Google Sheets / Powerpoint skills. · Good coordination and communication skills. · Experience in Stationery, Robotics and Fashion Accessories is a plus Education: Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any domain, should be fluent in English and thinks out of the box for given problem statements.
