Hospital Pharmacist-Walk In Interview

Key Responsibilities • Medication Management: Prepare and dispense medications general orders, ensuring accuracy and safety in dosages and formulations. • Patient Interaction: Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions with other drugs. Provide health screenings and immunizations as needed. • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage pharmaceutical inventory, including reordering medications based on demand and ensuring compliance with regulations. • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including Gyne, IVF, chest and pharmacy technicians, to optimize patient care and medication therapy management. • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to state and federal drug laws, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the pharmacy operates within legal guidelines.
