As a member of the Reliance Cyber Security Team, your role involves handling service requests and incidents efficiently. This includes creating service tickets and Security Assessment tasks on the portal according to standard operating procedures (SOP). Your responsibilities also entail ensuring compliance status of assessments before proceeding with the Lead Review, monitoring SLAs for tickets, and assigning tickets to the appropriate person or team based on assessment requirements.
On a daily basis, you will be required to prepare service request reports, including SLA breach reports, and ensure timely closure of service requests to maintain SLA adherence. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting first level verification of compliance on ticket servers as per SOP.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in handling service requests and incidents in a cyber security environment
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and procedures
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
