MERN Stack Developer (Web3, Rust & Golang) (Indore)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Web3 technologies. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Rust and Golang, along with a strong understanding of cloud services and scalable application development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Design and implement Web3-based applications and blockchain integrations. Write smart contracts and backend logic using Rust and Golang. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and blockchain networks. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms. Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development. Practical knowledge of Web3 concepts and blockchain architecture. Experience working with Rust and Golang. Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Knowledge of version control tools like Git. Understanding of database management (MongoDB preferred). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Valuable to Have: Experience with smart contract development. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in decentralized applications (dApps).
