Job Title: Soft Services Manager
Location: Dadar (West)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping and support staff.
Ensure cleanliness of common areas, washrooms, offices, and parking areas.
Manage vendors for housekeeping, pest control, and waste disposal.
Handle tenant complaints related to soft services.
Monitor service quality and maintain hygiene standards.
Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
Ensure compliance with safety and facility policies.
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Facility Management / Hospitality preferred.
Experience:
5–8 years in facility management or housekeeping operations in a commercial building.
