We are looking for a talented Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team and drive impactful results through Facebook and Google Ads. Minimum 2 Years of Working Experiance required. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads to maximize ROI. • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance. • Create and manage ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to increase click-through rates (CTR) and conversions. • Monitor and analyze ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising. • Collaborate with the design and content teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals. • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI. Requirements: • Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (certification is a plus). • Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and other key ad metrics. • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven results. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Roles and Responsibilities: • Campaign Strategy & Execution: • Plan, develop, and implement paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads. • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking. • Design and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copies for higher click-through rates (CTR) and conversions. • Set up and manage conversion tracking for accurate performance measurement. • Budget Management: • Efficiently allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI. • Reduce cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) while maintaining ad quality. • Performance Analysis & Optimization: • Regularly monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. • Conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing ad variations. • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking for precise data insights. • Identify and eliminate underperforming ads to improve overall campaign efficiency. • Reporting & Analytics: • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review. • Provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPA, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and conversion rates. • Forecast ad spend and expected ROI for upcoming campaigns. • Collaboration & Communication: • Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive ad messaging. • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices. • Provide input on landing page design and user experience to improve conversions. • Continuous Learning: • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, ad policies, and digital marketing innovations. • Attend webinars, complete certifications, and participate in workshops as needed. Targets for Improved Productivity and Company Growth: • Revenue Growth: • Achieve a 20-30% increase in revenue from paid ads within the first 6 months. • Drive a minimum of 100 qualified leads per month, depending on the ad spend. • Cost Efficiency: • Reduce CPA by at least 15% within the first quarter. • Maintain a minimum ROAS of 3x (return of $3 for every $1 spent) consistently. • Campaign Optimization: • Maintain an average CTR of at least 3-5% across all campaigns. • Implement at least 2 successful A/B tests per month for continuous improvement. • Brand Visibility: • Increase ad impressions by 30% within the first 3 months. • Boost website traffic through ads by 40% within 6 months.
