Job Title: Telecaller – Tours & Travel Job Type: Full-time Location: Pune, Koregaon Park Experience: 0 to 3 Years Salary: Negotiable (As per experience) Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller – Tours & Travel to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and promote travel packages over calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel packages • Explain tour packages, destinations, pricing, and travel details • Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into bookings • Maintain customer database and update call records regularly • Coordinate with sales and operations team for confirmations • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information • Achieve daily calling targets and lead conversion targets Required Skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to convince customers and close inquiries • Strong listening skills and polite calling etiquette • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM) • Fluent in Hindi and English (Marathi preferred) Preferred Candidate • Experience in travel industry telecalling will be an advantage • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Education Qualification • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Work Location Pune – Koregaon Park (On-site) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,218.20 - ₹32,181.69 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
