Company: JR Technologies Web Location: Park Circus Reports To: Operations Manager Shift Details & Work-Life Balance ● Shift: Australian Business Hours (07:30 AM – 04:30 PM). ● Working Days: Monday to Friday. ● Weekends: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off. Role Overview JR Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to lead our Outbound Sales division. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will not only manage and supervise a team of 10+ junior representatives but also actively sell, take live transfers, and close deals yourself. The ideal candidate is an elite closer with a deep understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Website Sales, Lead Gen) who thrives on the floor, leading by example and driving both personal and team revenue. Core Responsibilities ● Elite Closing: Take live transfers, conduct high-level Zoom closings, and consistently hit personal revenue quotas. ● Floor Leadership: Supervise 10+ reps in real-time using barge/whisper to secure deals and ensure a team output of 250–350 dials daily. ● Performance Metrics: Maintain an 8–12% contact rate and drive Zoom show-up rates above 65%. ● Lead Qualification: Enforce strict JR Technologies standards (2+ years in business, 5–10+ staff) for all booked appointments. ● Quality & Scripting: Conduct 5+ weekly call audits per rep and refine scripts to maximize Local SEO and ROI positioning. ● Pipeline Analytics: Manage CRM data (GHL/Zoho/HubSpot) in AUD and deliver daily performance dashboards. Technical Requirements & Qualifications ● Experience: 5+ years in B2B outbound sales (Website Process) with a proven track record as a Top-Performing Closer. ● Leadership: Minimum 2+ years operating in a Team Lead, Floor Manager, or Player-Coach capacity managing 10+ reps. ● Domain Expertise: Strong command of SEO, Website Sales, and Digital Marketing ROI to confidently close high-ticket packages. ● Tools: Advanced proficiency in CRM management (GoHighLevel/Zoho/HubSpot) and dialer systems for live call monitoring. Performance Targets (First 90 Days) ● Consistently hit personal closing targets while maintaining team KPIs. ● 10–20% increase in team-wide appointment quality and live transfer conversion rates. ● 15% improvement in Zoom show-up rates across the floor.
