Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for a Customer Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support for academy-related queries. The individual will work closely with learners, instructors, and the administrative team to provide a superior experience and assist in resolving challenges effectively.
