Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Noida. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical expertise, responding to emergency medical situations, and delivering high-quality patient care. Additional responsibilities include offering training sessions to staff, coordinating healthcare services, and maintaining an excellent standard of communication with patients and team members. Qualifications • Certified EMT and Medicine expertise to provide high-quality patient care • Strong Communication skills to interact with patients and work collaboratively with team members • Experience in Healthcare and Training to ensure operational effectiveness and staff development • Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in high-pressure emergency situations • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred • Relevant certifications in emergency medical services and healthcare practices are a plus
