Job Title: ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER – KOLKATA Department: India Enterprise Sales Job Location: Kolkata Number of Positions – 1 Notice Period: 30 Days’ Notice period or lesser / Immediate Joiners are preferred Roles & Responsibilities: • Accountable for the delivery of the Enterprise revenue targets and deliver Q-on-Q. • Establish a strong connects in corporate accounts with an innate understanding of the information and responsible for Demos, POCs, order closure and Payment. • Account Management (Hunting of accounts, relationship building, ability to identify need, propose a solution, handling objections and close the sales) experience is very critical. • Experience in SMB Space and to some extent Large Corporates (Experience should be in the 250 Users to 1000 Users) is very critical. • Channel development and business enhancement through Enterprise Channel partners. • Influence senior decision makers and sell K7 solutions by hunting new Client base and building relationship in the market. • Responsible for handling Enterprise accounts directly. • Independent responsibility for developing market. • Continuously updating the market activities, watching the competition activities and taking the corrective actions to handle the market movement. • Provide weekly update on Meetings, Partner activation, Trainings & prospect funnel to Regional Manager along with weekly commit of Forecast & Best case. • Log all activity to maintain accuracy of CRM and forecasting system Required Skills & Qualifications: • The candidate should possess 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in Enterprise Sales. • Preferred Educational Qualifications : BE/ B.Tech/ PG / MBA • Excellent Communication (English & Local language), Confidence, Ability to capture attention during the Video Call, Clarity is important. Also, needs to be presentable as they are going to meet the clients. • The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict. Will be an Individual contributor. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. • A target oriented professional. Ability to lead, create and work within cross-functional team environments • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management. • Preferred Industry: IT Industry Experience is must. Preferably from Antivirus Company / IT Product Channel Sales Management / Peripherals Company.
