Kaabil Finance Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized HR – Training & Development Executive who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training programs. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving performance, and supporting overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Identify training needs through employee performance reviews and department discussions. • Design and develop training modules for new joiners and existing employees. • Conduct induction and onboarding training programs. • Organize soft skills, product knowledge, compliance, and leadership training sessions. • Coordinate with external trainers if required. • Maintain training records and prepare training reports. • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance tracking. • Support employee development initiatives and career growth planning. • Ensure training programs align with company goals and regulatory requirements. Required Skills: • Good communication and presentation skills. • Strong coordination and organizational abilities. • Knowledge of HR processes and training methods. • Ability to handle multiple training sessions. • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience: • 1–3 years of experience in HR Training & Development (Experience in NBFC/Finance industry preferred). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
