Job Description:
You will be working as a full-time Senior Research Executive (Quantitative Insight) at Kadence International, a global market research agency. In this role, you will primarily focus on quantitative research, based in New Delhi with the flexibility of partial work-from-home. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing quantitative research projects, analyzing datasets, creating impactful presentations, and collaborating with teams to deliver actionable insights to clients. It will be your responsibility to ensure that research projects meet high-quality standards and are completed within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in designing, managing, and analyzing quantitative research projects, with a focus on primary research techniques.
- Experienced in using data analysis tools such as Excel or similar software to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong skills in writing detailed reports and creating compelling client presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with clients and team members, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively and interact with stakeholders.
- Additional skills in market research industry, strategic mindset, and familiarity with advanced statistical methods.
Qualifications:
- Quantitative Research Expertise: Proficiency in designing, managing, and analyzing quantitative research projects.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis tools and ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Report Writing and Presentation: Strong skills in writing reports and creating client presentations.
- Project Management and Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines.
