We are dedicated to delivering expertise and craftsmanship to meet our clients' requirements. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tools Designer located in Chennai. The Tools Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving tools including dies, molds, and other products. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed design plans, collaborating with engineering and production teams, ensuring designs align with project specifications, and optimizing tooling solutions for manufacturing operations. The candidate will also be expected to maintain quality standards and support efficient production processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Tooling Design and Design Engineering is required. Experience with Mold Design and knowledge of Mold operations are essential. Familiarity with Injection Molding processes is a strong advantage. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work within deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role in manufacturing or tooling industries is a plus.
