Job Title: Primary Bio Science Teacher (Classes 8-10) Location: KAKATIYA OLYMPIAD SCHOOL, NIZAMABAD, TELANGANA. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 Years Department: Primary Section Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Bio Science Teacher to teach students of Classes 4 and 5. The teacher will be responsible for introducing students to basic biological and environmental science concepts through interactive, activity-based, and practical learning methods to build curiosity and understanding about living organisms and nature. Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver Bio Science lessons for Classes 8-10 as per the school curriculum. - Teach basic concepts related to plants, animals, human body, environment, and living organisms. - Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities. - Conduct simple experiments, demonstrations, and project-based learning activities. - Assess students through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects. - Maintain student records, academic progress reports, and classroom documentation. - Encourage students to develop curiosity, observation skills, and interest in science. - Maintain discipline and a positive classroom learning environment. - Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school academic activities. - Communicate with parents regarding student performance and improvement areas. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Biology / Life Sciences / Science (B.Sc) or related field. - B.Ed / D.El.Ed preferred. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of basic biology and environmental science concepts. - Positive communication and teaching skills. - Ability to explain scientific concepts through simple examples and activities. - Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. - Basic computer knowledge for preparing lesson plans and reports. Experience - 0–3 years of teaching experience in primary or upper primary classes preferred. - Freshers with strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching may also apply. Additional Information - Candidates with experience in activity-based or experiential learning will be preferred. - Should be patient, creative, and enthusiastic in working with young learners.
