Looking for Juhu, Nesco -Hitchki and Bayroute Captain The Captain is responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all operations under their command. This role requires strong leadership, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. The Captain serves as the primary authority, overseeing crew performance, operational procedures, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise the crew, ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety protocols. - Make critical decisions during routine and emergency situations. - Conduct pre-operation checks, inspections, and briefings. - Maintain clear communication with crew, passengers, and relevant authorities. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and company procedures. - Monitor performance, discipline, and morale within the team. - Maintain logs, reports, and documentation accurately. - Manage conflict resolution and ensure a protected, respectful environment for everyone onboard. - Coordinate operational planning and resource allocation. Qualifications - Proven experience in a leadership or command role. - Relevant certification or license (depending on industry: maritime/aviation/etc.). - Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. - High level of professionalism and integrity.
