A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking and serving food and drink orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, specials, or dietary options).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Prepare checks, take payments, and return change or process card transactions.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
