We’re looking for an IT Executive who can ensure that our digital backbone is strong, secure, and scalable. About the Role You’ll be the go-to technology lead for KabhiB – keeping systems humming, processes secure, and teams empowered. From network management to ERP integrations, this role offers a hands-on leadership opportunity in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the full IT infrastructure, including software systems, networks, data security, hardware, and cloud tools Lead IT operations across retail outlets, manufacturing units, and back-office systems Collaborate with third-party vendors, manage service contracts, licenses, upgrades, and ensure compliance with SLAs Provide day-to-day support via Help Desk, troubleshooting system issues, hardware glitches, or connectivity interruptions Oversee ERP, POS, CMMS, EDI, and WMS platforms — ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity across systems Audit system health regularly and implement backup, recovery, and cyber security protocols Drive automation and software integration projects across departments (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) Implement SOPs, monitor KPI dashboards, and ensure readiness for internal/external IT audits Lead digital initiatives in areas such as mobile ordering, inventory control, and CRM enhancements Analyze tech gaps, gather business requirements, and deploy tailored IT solutions What we’re looking for 5–10 years of experience in IT roles; FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industry exposure preferred Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains), SQL Server, and EDI standards Experience with networking, firewalls, cyber security, and cloud-based infrastructure Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a service-first mind-set Familiarity with POS systems, integrations, and multi-location IT support Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business teams to deliver solutions Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Gujarati/Hindi a plus) Nice to Have Understanding of bakery or FMCG operations and how technology can enhance them Experience managing IT budgets, procurement, and vendor SLAs Exposure to warehouse management and retail e-commerce integration Comfort working in plant environments (cold rooms, production lines, etc.) when needed What We Offer Opportunity to shape the tech foundation of one of India’s fastest-growing bakery brands High autonomy and hands-on impact in a fast-paced environment Collaborative culture and supportive leadership Competitive compensation and scope for career growth Are You Our Next IT Guru? • If you can turn complex systems into smooth-running engines and are excited by growth and challenge, we want to meet you.
