We are looking for an experienced product sourcing buyer who has strong knowledge of the Kurti market and supplier network. Key Responsibilities • Source and develop new Kurti styles from manufacturers and vendors • Maintain strong relationships with Kurti suppliers and factories • Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines • Coordinate with vendors for sampling and production follow-ups • Ensure product quality, fabric standards, and finishing meet brand requirements • Track market trends and introduce new Kurti designs suitable for the brand • Maintain product data and purchase records using computer systems Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years experience specifically in Kurti sourcing or buying • Strong knowledge of Kurti fabrics, embroidery, printing, and production processes • Existing vendor network in the Kurti/ethnic wear market preferred • Good negotiation and vendor management skills • Computer knowledge (Excel, basic documentation, product tracking) • Strong understanding of fashion trends in ethnic wear Preferred Candidate • Experience working with Kurti brands, wholesalers, or manufacturers • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and collections Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Opportunity to work with a growing fashion brand How to Apply Interested candidates can apply on Indeed or send their CV with Kurti sourcing experience details.
