Medical Assistant- gynaecology

We are seeking a proactive and clinically competent Medical Assistant to support a Gynaecology and IVF practice in Bangalore. The role involves hands-on clinical assistance, patient coordination, and structured follow-up management to ensure seamless delivery of care. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day patient flow in the OPD and ensure smooth clinic operations • Take detailed and accurate patient history • Assist in minor OPD procedures and prepare patients for examination • Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, investigations, and medication protocols • Explain prescriptions clearly and address patient queries in a professional and empathetic manner • Conduct structured follow-ups and actively track patient progress • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and systematic follow-up records • Coordinate appointments, diagnostic investigations, and reports • Attend and respond to emergency calls when required The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential, especially while handling sensitive cases related to women’s health and fertility. Candidates with prior experience in Gynaecology, Obstetrics, or IVF clinics will be preferred. Nursing or allied healthcare qualifications are desirable.
