Experience
• 15–18 years in QSR, casual dining, cloud kitchens, cafés, or consumer retail.
• Proven ownership of a 50 Cr+ P&L.
• Managed 30+ outlets across 3–4 regions.
• Prior roles: Head of Business, VP Ops, Business Head, or similar.
• Strong exposure to franchise expansion preferred.
