The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing performance evaluation systems, and coordinating employee training and development programs. The role also involves creating a positive work environment to promote employee engagement and retention. Qualifications • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices • Proficiency in managing performance evaluations and employee benefits • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills • Strategic thinking and ability to design and implement HR strategies • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR certifications are a plus • Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role
